Introduction

Cafe Bazaar is Iran’s largest Android app marketplace, hosting more than 100,000 Android apps and games and serving millions of users. As one of the country’s leading technology companies, its brand plays a central role in shaping users’ perceptions and experiences.

This case study offers a behind-the-scenes look at the brand refresh process, highlighting the collaboration and creative exploration that contributed to the evolution of Cafe Bazaar’s visual identity. As the Product Design Owner for Cafe Bazaar, I collaborated directly with the Brand Manager while coordinating the internal design and research team as well as external brand design and research agencies.
